Kourtney Kardashian's former nanny clarifies the 'dad' she slept with

Kourtney Kardashian's former nanny Leah Barrs has made clear that she did not have any romantic relations with Travis Barker, after she recently admitted to hooking up with the father of a family she worked for.

'Oh, my gosh, no,' Barrs, 31, told Harry Jowsey on the podcast Boyfriend Material Wednesday when asked if Barker, 50, had been the mystery 'dad' she alluded to while on the Hulu series Million Dollar Nannies.

Barrs said that the tryst with the unnamed man took place nearly a decade back, when she 'first moved to Los Angeles.'

She added, 'I was 22. So that is why it's so crazy ... I am now 31.'

Barrs rose to prominence after sharing her experience as a nanny for Kardashian on TikTok, opening the door for Million Dollar Nannies.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Kardashian, Barker and Barrs for further comment on the story.

She explained more about the hookup situation to People this past June, saying, 'I was young - I was 22 at the time, and I shouldn't have done that.'

Barrs said that prior to working for the man as a nanny, they had been friends; and that the man had been single when they linked up.

She added that she harbored 'regret' over the course of events, noting, 'I was working for him that night, so I shouldn't have crossed that line.'

Barrs stressed that she's 'not that person today,' and the man she previously slept with is now 'happily married.' 

She further explained of the scenario on the podcast: 'I did him a favor one night and he came back from his event. The daughter was asleep. 

'Technically, I'm clocked out ... I've always thought he was hot. We hook up.' 

She said that the story was played up on the show for the storyline, but in reality it had been 'something that was so insignificant like so long ago that just got blown out of proportion.' 

She demurred about speaking about her time employed by the eldest of the Kardashian sisters, as she had been asked if she considered Kourtney 'the best.'

She replied, 'Yeah … well, sorry, I can't really talk about them.'

Barrs in June told The New York Post that she initially began working for Kardashian through a reference from a pastor she knew at a church she attended in Los Angeles.

'He said, "I think you would be perfect for the position. Would you want to work for the Kardashians?" I was like, "Holy s***. This is crazy! Yes!"' she said. 

She said that the position 'was beyond nannying' and Kardashian had 'taught [her] to be a better worker.'

Barrs added, 'Networking, being the best version of myself. Representing that family. Everyone always said, "You should start your own agency."'

The Blink-182 musician has been wed to Kardashian since 2022 and the pair are parents to son Rocky, two.

Kardashian is also mother to children Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11, with her ex Scott Disick, while Barker is father to Landon, 22, and Alabama, 20, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He is stepfather to Moakler's daughter Atiana, 27, with boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
