Hi! I've been wanting to start a snow cone stand for years - I love making them and I think it could be fun! However I have no clue where to start. I've been watching videos and reading articles/posts/etc. by people who have started similar stands/food trucks about startup costs and all that jazz and I'm having a hard time following. I don't understand patents and how to get certified with my health department. I don't plan on making it big in the snow cone business, I just want to start a simple, low-budget stand without getting into hot water with the law. I apologize for my ignorance here, I am truly clueless. What should I know and where should I start? Thanks!
