Rumors of Donald Trump wearing a diaper have resurfaced as the president is ruthlessly mocked for a large bulge protruding from the back of his suit trousers.

The 79-year-old president sat down for 60 Minutes interview on Sunday after being rushed out of the White House Correspondents' Dinner by Secret Service agents amid a shooting incident. As he was speaking with CBS's Norah O'Donnell, internet sleuths spotted something strange.

"Trump, sitting during his 60 Minutes interview shows not only how morbidly obese he has become, but that he wears a very thick adult diaper," singer Bill Madden wrote on X as he shared an image of the president during the interview.

In the image, a bulge could be seen protruding from the back of Trump's suit. "That's what happens when you're on a McDonald's diet and have incontinence," one X user responded.

"Those are 85+ oldbag special diapers," a second commented. "Dang, the diaper has its own zip code. It could probably stop a bullet," another wrote.

Others speculated that the bulge could be something else. "Or some kind of a medical device to keep him going. Maybe it's a battery pack," one suggested.

"He may also have a diaper but that huge poof out below the waist is where his shapewear/girdle ends. The fat just looks more exaggerated as a result of that - compounded by the sitting," a second claimed.

"I still think it’s a colostomy bag. Perhaps over the multi-layered Depends," another said.

Trump has long-faced accusations of wearing diapers. The rumor dates back to unsubstantiated claims by former Celebrity Apprentice staffer Noel Casler.

"He would often soil himself on The Apprentice set, he's incontinent," Casler, who worked on Celebrity Apprentice for six seasons, told MediasTouch back in 2020.

He described Trump's bowels as "uncontrollable," adding: "He's worn diapers since probably the 90s, but I saw it first-hand in the 2000s on The Celebrity Apprentice in the late 2000s and we've have to stop the show and change him."

Earlier this year, rumors also began circulating online that Trump had ended an Oval Office meeting early because he'd soiled himself. Sharing videos of the January 29 meeting coming to a sudden end, some claimed that reporters were "rushed out of the room" because the president "s--- his pants."

However, White House spokesman Steven Cheung said the rumor was "not true." Trump's physician continues to insist that the president is in "excellent" health.
