Ahead of King Charles's visit to the United States, one body language expert has delved into exactly how Queen Camilla and Melania Trump felt during their most recent meeting.
The First Lady and the British Queen last saw each other in September when Donald and Melania Trump attended Windsor Castle as part of a state visit.
During the First Couple's time in the English town, Melania and Camilla rode together in the Scottish State Coach for a formal procession through the castle grounds. They also had a private tour of Queen Mary's Dolls' House and the Royal Library, and finally, they both attended a formal state banquet hosted by King Charles at the castle on the first evening of the visit. It comes after a bizarre bulge was spotted under Trump's pants - leading to an alarming accusation.

However, it was a specific moment between Melania and Camilla that really caught the attention of body language expert Dr Beth Dawson, who analyzed a clip of the two spending time together.
In the video, the duo is seen preparing for photographs with the press while they stand inside Windsor Castle. The clip then moves to Melania and Camilla enjoying some of the castle's historical artifacts. And while many people may usually be drawn to Trump's behavior, Dr Dawson noticed the First Lady's more unusual mannerisms during the video.

Speaking exclusively to the Irish Star, Dr Dawson said, "Melania Trump is clearly not comfortable in front of the press, and she displays a noticeable cluster of self-soothing behaviors (such as hair stroking), particularly when she becomes aware of the camera. Her non-verbal signals suggest unease in that moment."
The expert then pointed out the specific micro-movements that show this unease, such as when Melania "repeatedly touches and strokes her hair."
"She also runs her tongue over her teeth, which can indicate nerves. The mouth gets dry when we're nervous, and running our tongue over the teeth is a way to help," Dr Dawson added.

Furthermore, the acclaimed professor noted Melania's "inconsistent" smile, which she explained can point to a "lack of emotional continuity."
"Alongside this, there is visible fidgeting and hands are tense, further supporting the presence of underlying tension," she told the Irish Star.
However, there appeared to be one person there who settled Melania's nerves: Queen Camilla, with the First Lady's demeanor changing upon speaking with the royal.

"In that moment, there is a clear change in her behavior. A genuine smile appears, one that is more aligned with her facial expression, and we see some eye crinkles, and it is accompanied by prolonged eye contact," Dr Dawson claimed. "This is significant, as genuine smiles are typically linked to authentic emotions and are more difficult to control."

Additionally, in what she called "a moment of authentic connection between the two," Dr Dawson further noted the contrast between Melania's earlier behavior and her mannerisms while speaking to Camilla.
"This contrast is telling. When facing the camera, Melania Trump is more self-focused and engaged in managing her presentation. In contrast, during the brief exchange with Queen Camilla, her behaviour becomes more relaxed," she concluded.
It comes as Trump made a jaw-dropping joke in the wake of an unprecedented third assassination attempt.
