At the height of the blaze nine fire appliances and four specialist resources were at the scene
Fire crews have worked through the night to tackle a fire at a Fife hotel.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) were called to the St Michael's Inn in Leuchars about 22:11 on Tuesday.
At the height of the blaze nine fire appliances and four specialist resources were at the scene dealing with the "well developed" blaze, SFRS said.
Fife Council said motorists were facing disruption due to the fire.
In a post on social media the council said: "Major disruption to roads in North East Fife, towards Dundee, due to fire at St Michaels Inn."
The roads affected are the A914 Dairsie to St Michaels, A919 Leuchars to St Michaels, B945 Tayport to St Michaels, C12 between A92 and A914 from Forgan Roundabout to St Michaels.
An SFRS spokesperson said the incident had been scaled back but "two fire appliances and one high reach vehicle and firefighting crews will remain on scene for some time yet".
They added that there were no reported casualties.
