Curious how entrepreneurs decide tasks to outsourse : Entrepreneur

What are the tasks you outsource and what are the tasks you will never outsource?

Do you outsource something you dont know? or do you outsource something you are so comfortable doing that it bores you (so that you will have time to learn to do something you dont know) ? what are these tasks?

EDIT: Appreciate the advices but I would like to know what YOU actually DO and what YOU OUTSOURCE.

"WHAT YOU THINK I SHOULD..."

then again it made me curious, why questions like this asking "what do you do?" always gets answered in "you should do this and that" manner without answering the "what do you actually do?" in the first place.

maybe us people dont follow the "you should do's" in real life?
