Hey guys I’m not sure how many of you on here own a business but I work for one of my best friends and have for 5 years now. I’m basically the foreman of 2 other guys so we aren’t super big, mow 4 complex’s, a few other big properties and maybe 30 residential. The next summer we want to expand get another truck and really try to take off. I would like to buy in somehow, or be a partner with him in some way but am unsure how to go about it. He trusts me a lot and I trust him and really want to turn this into something we can both look back on and go wow how did we get this far. So if you have an ideas or comments I would love to hear them. Thank you
