Throwing an event in September— it is a Professional Wrestling themed concert, including music of all genres.

We’ve designed a really solid sponsorship pitch-deck & want to start approaching as many businesses as possible.

I’d also like to approach some local franchised businesses (like O’Reilly’s Auto Parts for example) & was curious to know what you all would suggest to be the best approach.

Is it unprofessional to show up in-person w/ a tablet to display our pitch-deck, or would it be best to cold-call these companies ahead of time?
