as League Consultant A celebrated agreement was reached with former Dallas Cowboy "Mr. Third Down" Preston Pearson (five Super Bowl appearances and two Super Bowl victories) in October 1997. Preston Pearson is contracted by the APFL to consult and assist the league in it's new organizational efforts.
