I would like to change my career path and purchase an existing metal recycling business but the sba requires experience in the field. I am a registered nurse with proven ability to learn and excel but have no experience in metal recycling other than having friends and family in the industry. I have good credit, can put 25% down on 1 million, and use my home for collateral. I have no doubt I can learn quickly and most sellers are willing to train but how do I fund the purchase?
