Do I need to do a non-profit, charitable trust, llc? Here's the details:
I will be fundraising for a passion project, that will provide ongoing, needed products for the community.
Initially will probably be a go-fund me type fundraiser- with other donations solicited by word of mouth, email etc.
Planned to have the money go into an account, which will then have ongoing payments to retailers for the products that will be given to individuals in the community.
It will be a labor of love, but if it gets big enough in the future, and takes enough of my time, I may have a need to be paid for my time.
