The lawsuit over paperwork has nothing to do with her. It’s the company she sold to that wants financial records after they found some damning ones over him spending company money on personal things.
She got her check and has nothing to do with the business anymore.
Anyway, between his bad business practices here and his NOLA charity not having money to repair the crap homes that were sold to lower income communities after previously fundraising millions, someone needs to deep audit this man.

it's all about control. the kids are all teenagers or older now (we're old y'all lol) so that way he can force her to deal with him is quickly coming to an end. trying to get her to still be involved in the winery is a last ditch attempt to ingratiate himself into her life and inconvenience her
